RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintain independence yet have the backing of a solid national firm with abundant intellectual capital that is deployed locally.
•Develop, manage, and retain client relationships with the support of our practice management team, strategic alliances and technical resources.
•Partner with our wealth management team to build clear and comprehensive financial plans for new and existing clients.
•Implement financial plans through selling and servicing financial products from a number of top-tier financial services companies.
•Work with clients to help ensure that their financial goals are met by providing customized, comprehensive financial planning advice.
•Work in a challenging environment with upside potential.

REQUIREMENTS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•A college degree.
•At least three years of experience in financial planning or a financial advisory role and at least $150,000 in annual gross dealer concessions.
•An ability and willingness to take responsibility for prospecting and selling to your own client base.
•The drive to seek out and utilize training and coaching opportunities to build success.
JOB PREFERENCES:
•Advanced degree or professional designation such as a CPA, CFP®, CLU, ChFC, JD or MBA.
•Industry registrations and licenses such as NASD Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65.
