POSITION DESCRIPTION: Experienced senior level position in International Tax Compliance group.

POSITION FUNCTIONS: Position interacts heavily with various levels of management and with others in the Global Tax group. Company's tax profile provides challenging work and opportunities for technical & professional growth.
REQUIREMENTS
POSITION PREREQUISITES:
5471 and 1118 compliance & review experience
Ability to respond to IRS requests
Experience with quarterly estimate and provision support
Experience with E&P and tax pool analysis
Knowledgeable in various planning and research projects.
Requires strong analytical skills
Must be independent self-starter
Possess strong U.S. and International knowledge
5-10+ years international tax compliance experience.
Masters in accounting and CPA preferred.
