Job Description:

We currently seek Consultants with diverse financial backgrounds in the Los Angeles area.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years Consulting experience in accounting and finance, obtained ideally in a blend of corporate, public accounting, and consulting settings • Prior big 4 experience preferred • College degree required, MBA highly desirable • CPA and/or other financial certifications a plus • Ability to identify and recommend areas for client improvement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel if necessary
Areas of Expertise must include:
• Sarbanes Oxley compliance• Business Intelligence • Benchmarking • Finance assessment and transformation • Financial systems review/implementation • Process re-engineering • Business performance management • SEC reporting • Cost Accounting
Responsibilities: • Project planning and management • Meet deliverables of engagement as outlined in proposal • Interact with client, consultants, and office team to exceed expectations and mitigate project risk • Contribute to business development activities by working with sales team • Provide weekly status reports and project plan to Engagement Manager • Proactively seek new skills to enhance technical skills and professional proficiency • Become proficient in using knowledge management system to track project progress • Foster and/or lead cost efficient initiatives without sacrificing quality or core values • Provide consistent, high quality consulting, project management solutions to clients in a consultative manner
