Finance Systems Analyst II

Join the Finance Information Services (FIS) team and support the HR & Payroll systems team. Oversee analysis and project management for major upgrade, implementation, and integration projects supporting the business. Liaison with business sponsors/customers to strategize and identify logical business needs; lead process improvement discussions with business customers to identify where technology/system processes can enable process improvement and standardization; work with IT Domain experts to consolidate impacts and schedules; prepare and manage project plan; track development activities; coordinate regular meetings and communications with impacted groups; communicate project status to project team, IT teams, business sponsors, and core senior management; identify and track challenges/issues; and mitigate risks.

Position requires BS/BA Degree;
exceptional communication skills;
a proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships;
PeopleSoft/project management experience;
Master's Degree;
knowledge of SDLC and PeopleSoft HR/Payroll;
project management experience within the systems domain;
familiarity with Telco/Wireless industry and projects is preferred;
