2-5 yrs of experience with FileNet, FileNet P8 experience (in any of the modules), J2EE or .Net experience a plus

Experience in these areas are a plus: BPM, eForms, Records Manager, Email Manager, and Image Manager.Business / Consulting Experience:

Outstanding problem solving, strategic thinking and data analysis skills

Strong balance between technical and business knowledge

Demonstrated ability to successfully liaise between business and technical representativesDesired Personal Qualities:

Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge gaps between technology and business

Strong leadership ability and experience, team player in matrix driven organizations
