Field Recruiter (CFNA AUTO)

Recruit for all levels of the organization. Recruit applicants, screen resumes, interview candidates, track and maintain workflow for the hiring process via the Taleo system and other resources as available. Oversee and manage recruiting resources and strategy such as the Internet, staffing agencies, print advertisements. Coordinate recruiting efforts with other recruiters and hiring managers to ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met. Ensure policy and procedures are followed in the recruiting process. Consult with hiring manager to identify and recommend selected candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
BA required or 3 to 5 years related work experience as a corporate or agency recruiter. Some HR Generalist experience is a plus. Experience in de-centralized recruiting highly recommended. Taleo experience strongly recommended. Internet recruiting experience strongly recommended. PeopleSoft experience recommended. Ability to communicate, through the use of effective verbal, written, and listening skills, with all levels of employees and management.
