Fiduciary Advisor II

Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Description: Consults with Private Client Advisors in assisting with intermediate trust issues and implementation plans. Serves as a primary resource to Private Client Advisory teams in delivering highest quality services to clients regarding trust administration matters. Supports Private Client Advisors with retention and growth of existing relationships. Participates in sales effort with Private Client Advisors when expert discovers a product need for client. In conjunction with Private Client Advisors, prepares trust administration presentation books based upon client preference. Serves as training resource to Administrative Assistants for both Private Client Advisors. May have direct external and internal client contacts at all levels.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and/or work experience. CTFA or CFP desirable.
Five years of technical trust, planning experience, good investment knowledge of asset allocation, and other PCAS investment strategies.This position requires that the incumbent be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and able to rapidly learn new software applications.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build a significant level of trust with clients; empathy, and real interest in working with people. Self-confidence and a proven ability to work well with highly capable and successful individuals. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
