We are currently seeking a Furniture Project Coordinator to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Redmond, WA. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

FURNITURE PROJECT COORDINATOR - Redmond, WA

Responsibilities:
Set up vendors in various systems and verify requirements and compliance with client's policies
Audit and review the full range of documentation on contract terms and changes
Maintain budgets and purchase orders (and change orders) for projects
Route requests for proper approval
Manage coordination and reporting across several disciplines
Provide financial reports and project status information as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in a project administration / accounting position
Experience in construction management or real estate preferred
Proven ability to manage cross-discipline coordination and reporting
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
