We are currently seeking a qualified professional for the following role:

FINANCIAL AID ADVISOR
Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:
Improve student financial aid packaging and the enrollment show rate per class start.
Exceed the budgeted class start goals.
Support the admissions teams in delivering a full range of tuition financing options to prospective students.
Assist other departments to accommodate the college's customer service expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
BA preferred.
Experience providing value-added customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience as sales representative, customer service representative or in a financial role a plus.
Proven track record achieving daily, weekly and quarterly goals.
Ability to elicit cooperation and support from colleagues.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to overcome objections and structure solutions.
Detail-oriented individual.
