STAFFING EXPERIENCE HELPFUL

Immediate opening for a Food Service Field Recruiter in the Dallas area.

This position is responsible for the maintaining required management staffing levels for assigned stores in the Dallas, Plano, Irving and East Texas areas.

Position requires a person with strong organizational skills, ability to schedule wisely, and personal accountability for schedule. Ability to work from home office and travel to corporate office in Arlington one day a week. Position requires a person who can follow direction as well as work with little supervision. This position is excellent for a self starter who has a flexible work schedule to accomodate the industry.



Responsibilities include:

Working with District and Area Managers to determine hiring needs
Create and evaluate the most effective recruiting strategies.
With minimal supervision, develop and maintain recruiting sources to include Internet recruiting, college recruiting, referral programs, career fairs and others.
Maintain appropriate applicant tracking logs; manage cost per hire, etc.


This position reports to the Director of Human Resources. Comprehensive benefits package includes in part, Major Medical, Dental and 401K (partial matching).
