In this position candidate will be responsible for managing linear permitting projects and developing work for environmental permitting group. Additional duties will include managing multidisciplinary projects including NEPA/SEPA EISs, EAs, and RMPS.

Additionally the candidate will be responsible for writing proposals, developing budgets, managing technical staff, writing technical documents, lead meetings, and interact with clients and agencies.

The successful applicant must have a good understanding of issues facing private, state and federal natural resource agencies.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and writing skills are a must, as is willingness to collaborate effectively with a natural resource staff and local and regional business development staff.

Must work well under tight deadlines and budgets and be willing to travel. Expertise in natural resource field, planning, or socioeconomics is required.

B.S required in Natural Resources, Planning or other related field required.
5+ years total experience.
