We are currently looking for an individual who desires a key position as a Network Recruiter with the FCA Network. The FCA Network has grown to become a nationally recognized chain of company-owned and dealer-affiliated stores located throughout the United States. Now one of the largest store-groups in the nation, Floor Covering Associates (FCA) Network, has extensive buying power in carpet, sheet vinyl, laminates, rugs, wood, and tile, and occupies major positions in the retail, builder, and commercial markets.

The main responsibility of the Network Recruiter is to select and recruit new members nationwide by promoting the benefits of joining the FCA Network.

This includes, among other things:Actively recruit by visiting prospective new dealer locations.Plan and implement the initial orientation of each new dealer. The orientation includes explaining how to use the merchandising tools, cash flow management, setting financial objectives, solving human resource issues, establishing operational structures, utilizing computer technology, etc.Providing support to existing dealers.Our employees are among the highest paid in our business. REQUIREMENTS
B.A. in Business or related discipline from an accredited College or University preferred.5+ years of knowledge in the flooring industry.Possesses the ability to multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
