S/he is sedentary, on the telephone for extensive periods of time. Some movement throughout the dealership and up two flights of stairs is required.Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote complete customer satisfaction as your #1 priority enthusiastically assist salespeople in all QCP matters work towards Best-In-Class performance on all six standards.
Maximize finance, insurance and ESP income as well as maintaining superior levels of QCP
Maintain individual recap of income and submit to F & I Director daily.
Develop monthly forecast of lease contracts, F & I income, penetration levels and dollars per car.
Conduct all transactions in a professional, ethical and honest manner while exhibiting an aggressive, enthusiastic attitude.
Secure al necessary documents for each transaction finance contract, title application, red form, insurance verifications, warranty and insurance forms, co-buyer form and military applications, when necessary.
Verify all money on each deal at time of delivery verify tag form, gas fill receipt and quality commitment forms.
Work closely with the sales managers to ensure prompt delivery of every make
Able to minimize customer waiting time.
Instruct sales personnel on proper turnover and interaction with the finance department on an ongoing basis.
Communicate all callbacks to salespeople and sales managers immediately.
Conduct regular sales meetings on sales techniques/policies/procedures and related to F & I sales - reinforce 100% turnover policy to the F & I office.
Participate in Save-a-Deal meetings daily to assist sales managers on all conditioned deals.
Train all sales personnel on the merits and presentation of short-term lease
Maximize front gross
Maintain daily sales log of all products sold by vehicle type and F & I income source.
Review problem deals with F & I department manager daily correct all administrative problems immediately.
Resolve monthly discrepancies between dealer computed reserves and finance source computed reserves as reported on the financial statement.
Cheerlead and motivate the sales force on their successes and to believe in the integrity of the office.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: Ideal candidate will have:
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
