We are looking for experienced, sales professionals who will be responsible for expanding or starting new territories. The Marketer will develop and execute a Territory Marketing Plan. This will include cold calling to mine for new clients. Marketers then make appointments to meet with potential clients to explain our process and to negotiate contracts for new business. The Marketer must be able to close business and overcome objections and will deal with multiple decision makers some who are at the C-Level.

*Your experience is only in managing existing relationships and keeping existing clients happy, this opportunity is not for you.



*Your experience is only in creating marketing presentations, slide shows, brochures, trade show displays’, marketing campaigns, etc; this opportunity is not for you.



While you will maintain relationships in your territory and bring in repeat business, this will be a smaller percentage of your responsibilities. You will work with a partner in Recruiting for account relationship management.



The Marketer spends a great deal of his or her time on the telephone setting up meetings and trips or selling over the phone. This opportunity has sales goals and typically travels one or two weeks a month depending upon the territory.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a skilled, sales professional with 3-5 years of experience and a documented history of success.



The Right Applicant will have documented experience including some of the following:

Medical Sales Knowledge
Sales Training from a Known Sales Leader
History of Growing a National Territory
History of Saving a Failing Sales Territory
Prior Experience in Copier or Telephone
Prior Experience in Staffing Company Sales
Prior Experience in Hospital Administration


The right candidate will be a self-starter who is driven internally to succeed. This person does not need to know our industry, we can teach that, but this candidate must have the following skills:

Ability to Overcome Objections
Knowledge of Needs/Pain Based Selling
Ability to Close a Sale / Ask for Business
Knowledge of how to get past a Gate Keeper


Excellent team work skills are required. Candidate must have the ability to listen to the client and understand the client’s pain and need and be able to craft a solution. Excellent Verbal and Written Skills are required.
