RCI is a leading IT staffing specialist with many Fortune 500 clients such as AT&T, J&J, NFL, and many Federal and State agencies where we are an approved MWBE vendor. RCI has grown rapidly over the past year and we are seeking a best of class recruiting manager. The position will oversee RCI's recruiting process as well as recruit for manyy of our lead role positions.
Salary and bonuses will give you OTE of $200,000.
This is a senior level working position, only well qualified candidates will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have the folloiwng to be considered:
1) At least 10 years of recruiting IT consultants
2) Ability to personally hire 5 consultants per month
3) Excellent management and organization skills
4) W2 earnings of $150,000 plus for the past three years
