EXPERIENCED RECRUITING MANAGER NEEDED!

The successful candidate in this position will be responsible for managing a team of Recruiters. The overall function includes interviewing, screening and hiring of employees in compliance with Affirmative Action policies. Responsibilities will also include Customer Service, placing employees on staffing assignments, generating new sales leads and reports to upper management.

Requirements:



Required Skills include the following:In this position you must have previous management experience in a staffing environment of at least 2-3 years. Experience with heavy volumes of requirements and managing a staff of at least 3 to 5 Recruiters. Background in an IT staffing environment is mandatory.
