Job Description:
The Experienced Hire Recruiter is responsible for recruiting qualified individuals to fill experienced hire positions in our Center for Business Knowledge (CBK) group and our Global Assurance & Advisory Business Services (AABS) practices, headquartered in Cleveland with hires both locally and nationally. This individual drives recruiting activities at the transactional level; develops and maintains relationships with business unit leaders and field HR; and works with the experienced recruiting leader and business unit leaders to determine short- and long-term recruiting plans. The Experienced Hire Recruiter is a point person for candidates, field HR, the experienced hire recruiting business contact, and the internal business team and is responsible for building strong internal and external relationships. Responsibilities
Recruit to fill experienced hire positions with the best talent. Meet recruiting plan numbers for experienced hires. Meet diversity, gender, and other sourcing and recruiting goals for the designated business units. Create and execute on multiple candidate sourcing strategies to identify a strong talent pool. Manage the internal transfer process of inbound recruits to designated business units. Provide direction for the appropriate recruiting assistants and sourcing analysts. Support the firm's lifelong relationship strategy by building close working relationships with alumni relations resources. Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups. Participate in knowledge sharing with field HR and the enterprise-wide recruiting function. Participate in the hand-off of hired candidates to local HR. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify for this excellent recruiting opportunity, candidates must have: a Bachelor's degree 5 to 7+ years of experienced hire recruiting experience with the ability to attract/retain the best talent experience preferably from within a fast-paced professional services or financial services environment ability to influence senior managers and strong relationship building skills with candidates and all levels of management strong knowledge of recruiting policy, procedures and applicant tracking systems excellent ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices
