Experienced Collision Repair Estimator/Service Advisor

Department: Store-Fixed OperationsDealer: 2269-MAROONE CHEVROLET OF PEMBROKE PINESJob Description: The Automotive Collision Estimator is responsible for writing body shop damage estimates, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and completing billing and other shop income related activities.Primary Responsibilties Include but are not limited to:Break down estimates into labor and parts before job is started so bodymen
are aware of time allowances
Follow up parts department orders to insure parts availability
Revise and approve time allowances of each job
Assist with quality check of completed jobs
Prepare final billing for completed repair orders
Aiding in the daily activities of the shop including: communications with
technicians, painters, other departments within the dealership, insurance
company representatives, parts wholesalers, and customers
Estimate writing, repair selling, job scheduling, completion date notification,
repair order billing, filing, problem solving, phone answering, supplement
authorization and follow-up, weekly payroll, Quality Control maintenance and

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience:
Must have high volume experience
2 years experience as a vehicle body repair technician or apprentice.
Proven track record of success
Customer Service skills and Relationship Building a MUSTRequired Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
