Executive Travel Counselor - ATL

$$$ We will pay you a $3000 sign-on bonus, available for those who qualify $$$These positions are responsible for providing travel services for the American Express Centurion Cardmembers. Responsible for quality service, timely and accurate completion of travel arrangements, and the sale of value added services. Assisting the Cardmember with all travel needs including international, vacation planning, Universal Membership Rewards redemption and Land and Sea Vacations. Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to perform in a team environment.This position requires flexibility to work various shifts within the hours of operation which are; Monday-Saturday 9am-11pm. Must work as a team with cross-functional organizations.Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years selling experience in all areas of travel. Extensive computer reservations experience required €" SABRE is preferred. Extensive domestic and international destination knowledge and cruise and tour experience are preferred. Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with customer is essential. Candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills coupled with an orientation for quality sales is required. This position requires decisive and successful problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use the Internet effectively to service customer needs.
