We are now searching for additional Executive Recruiters for our King of Prussia, PA office. You will be responsible for business development, networking with various Information Technology professionals, sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to various client opportunities. The Executive Recruiter will be working and networking with both top tier talent and some of the top companies in the country.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a strong and successful sales background, be money motivated, have a competitive drive, and a desire to be a part of a very exciting recruiting team. In addition, an understanding or experience with Information Technology, and having been exposed to the recruiting cycle would be preferred.
