The Blaine Ketchum Housing Authority (BKHA) is seeking qualified candidates
for the position of Executive Director. BKHA's area of operation includes
the cities of Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, Bellevue and Carey, and
unincorporated Blaine County. Its administrative office is located in
Hailey, Idaho. The agency manages a portfolio of seventy units, coordinates
the development of over 500 units, and administers a wait list of over 600
applicants. The Executive Director is responsible for carrying out the
policies established by the Housing Authority Board of Directors and for
directing the overall administration of all Housing Authority programs,
projects, and business activities. The Executive Director leads a staff of
two employees.

Ideal candidates include individuals with public housing authority
leadership experience and a comprehensive knowledge of publicly subsidized
housing development and management, personnel administration,
budget/grant/contract administration, and applicable laws and regulations. A
bachelors or masters degree in business, urban planning, finance or related
field, and 5+ years of progressively responsible management experience is
desired. Resort community experience a plus.
