Executive Development - Internal Consultant

Our client is theworld’s largest retailer with global operations seeks a dynamic and innovative Internal Consultant. Development of Officers (on-boarding, assessment, development, etc) Facilitate Officer transitions Implement Divisional strategic talent initiatives Accountable for executive development programs and processes as assigned Developmental Coaching of individual officers Consult on individual divisional needs 4 - 6 years experience in Executive Coaching/Development Retail and Human Resource generalist background/experience preferred Ability to build a relationship and gain credibility with Sr. executives quickly. Proficiency in MSFT Office programs and ability to learn new software Experience and comfort in dealing with highly confidential information High energy, dynamic, and flexible Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environmentEducation: M.A or MBA or equivalent experience
