Entry Level Recruiter

PDS Technical Services is looking for an entry level Recruiter to join our Branch Office in the Hartford, CT area. PDS is in the people business - a proven leader in our industry. This position will report to the Branch Manager.
1.Responsible for providing staffing services to satisfy our existing customers’ recruiting and personnel needs.
2.Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment while recruiting candidates for customers.
3.Interviewing, evaluation, hiring and termination of contract personnel.
4.Negotiation of wage and salary rates with candidates.
5.Marketing positions to candidates, and submitting selected candidates to clients.
6.Will be responsible for visiting with clients, end users and candidates face to face.
7.Will attend job fairs, networking events and perform heavy telephone work.
8.Will be responsible for meeting monthly objectives.
9.Will be responsible for reformatting and submitting quality resumes to customers.
10.Any other responsibilities as assigned.
