The candidate will be responsible for ascertaining impacts to operations from client projects and to develop assessments of those impacts. The candidate will also be required to interface with the change management team and to provide detailed analysis and input to facilitate accurate magnitude assessments and pricing of client projects. The candidate is also responsible for coordinating testing and review and communication of test results associated with various projects. Also responsible for working with RM operational process owners to ensure process updates and training plans are developed. Major responsibility for oversight of complex billing calculations, determinants and output.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess strong knowledge of Revenue Management processes and service delivery operations. Overall understanding of Texas Market Transactions and internal systems, processes and platforms. Strong analytical and problem solving skills in addition to excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required. Knowledge and experience in ERCOT energy market and electric energy industry.
