Ecommerce Business Analyst
The Ecommerce Business Consultant is a client facing role which drives client ROI from implementation and provides the vision and roadmap to get there.

Responsibilities
Partners with clients to formulate achievable business goals and recommend business processes to drive client ROI.
Problem solving related to day-to-day ongoing client and Vcommerce internal operations.
Lead the discovery, definition and documentation of applicable functionality, prepare gap analysis, and develop solutions to integrate client requirements.
Obtain agreement on functional specifications, including scope, change control and signoff.
Provide and interpret statistical and business process analysis and present strategic recommendations to assure that clients receive full satisfaction and maximum ROI.
Travel up to 25%.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree required, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years in a client facing role with strong facilitation, presentation and writing skills.
Strong retail/ecommerce industry experience, including understanding of improving conversion rates, increasing order size, reduce abandoned cards, decrease service costs, improve the overall customer experience, improve customer loyalty and retention.
Understanding of ecommerce business models and processes, terminology, concepts and strategies.
Strong analytical aptitude and ability to manage a variety of data and reporting processes.
Ability to gather, develop and summarize multiple objectives into cohesive plans.
Ability to help drive functional specification decisions, estimate effort and guide technical resources toward completion.
Ability to apply people, process and technology to ecommerce with tangible business benefits.
Understanding of SQL, RDBMS, HTTP, HTML and XML a plus.
