REQUIREMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES
·MS degree in Environmental Engineering and PE license
·6 to 10 years of experience in field oversight, environmental investigation, remedial design, groundwater sampling and remediation system operation
·Thorough understanding of design process, contract documents and A/E construction practices
·A minimum of 4 years of solid NJ experience and strong understanding of NJDEP and federal environmental regulations are a must
·Experience with NYSDEC permitting requirements are a plus
·Working knowledge of AutoCADD
·Prepare preliminary, engineering and detailed cost estimates
·Supervise and direct staff, subcontractors and remediation contractors
·Prepare bid specifications and coordinate contractor bidding
·Ability to manage several small to mid-sized projects simultaneously
·Candidates will spend time in both the field and office
·Strong communication, report writing and management skills are required
