E-business Consultant

Helps to provide strategic focus for the Retirement Plan Services websites. Establishes strategy based on assessment of competitive/customer environment. Recommends aspects of website design, including functionality, graphics, and content to support e-business positioning. Establishes strategic marketing programs for website, email, new products, or product enhancements. Develops our internal email capabilities including email preference center, frequency, data storage and management, vendor selection/management, response tracking, and development of templates and content. Enables and manages tracking technology on the website for content and marketing messages. Recommends new functionality to meet business goals. Provides reporting and analysis on all marketing efforts to determine ROI and how to improve response. Obtains legal, compliance and risk approval when necessary. Provides direction to other product marketing areas, technology, customer care, other organizational units and vendors to support achievement of product and website objectives on both a project and ongoing basis.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:4-6 years of internet experience required
Background in Marketing/Communications
Web Technical Experience
Ability to analyze data and provide key findings
Strong presentation skills
* Preferred Skills:Previous experience working with ad serving/tracking software and establishing the data structure and creative for email campaigns preferred.
