Division Recruiter

We invite qualified individuals to consider this exceptional H.R. opportunity in our Western Division. Position may be located in either our Southern CA (TUSTIN) or Northern CA (SACRAMENTO) offices.

• Conduct exempt recruiting for division and region job openings, including nonexempt clinical positions
• Review staffing and recruiting strategies with HR Director to ensure recruitment budgetary guidelines are maintained for the regions and division
• Manage applicant tracking database to maintain a pool of eligible candidates for future job openings
• Coordinate open job requisitions with Region H.R. to ensure company website postings are accurate, and distribute monthly status reports
• Develop and expand recruiting sources

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience as a recruiter; strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and PC proficiency using MS Office, Word and Excel. Some travel required. Salary based on experience.
