Director of the Counseling Center and Disability Support Service

College of Notre Dame of Maryland seeks an innovative individual with excellent organization skills and effective planning, supervision, and interpersonal communication skills to provide leadership to the Counseling Center. The director will manage the counseling services and program, provide supervision to the counseling center staff and coordinate disability support services to meet the needs of all students.


This is a fulltime, 10 month position with 24 hour on-call responsibility. REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will have a Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, licensed, (or be license eligible) and have a minimum of three years of clinical practice, policy development, and budgetary oversight. College counseling center, disability services and supervisory experience strongly preferred. Understanding of the value of collaboration with faculty, staff, and student development educators, working with diverse student populations, as well as a commitment to Notre Dame’s mission of liberal arts education of women in a Catholic tradition is necessary
