Director of Recruiting Services

The Recruiting Manager position works both independently and as part of a team to locate and successfully place high level candidates in a variety of industries. Reporting Relationship:Managing Director

Primary Responsibilities:
•Manage multiple searches
•Work closely with the Director of Client Solutions, the Director of Recruitment and Managing Director to fulfill recruiting needs both independently and as a team
•Work with the Director of Client Solutions to define scope and objectives of projects
•Present recruiting solutions with the Director of Client Solutions to clients
•Develop and implement account strategies which result in strong client relationship development and in the long run, revenue production
•Contribute to assigned activity and revenue targets on a weekly and monthly basis
•Participate in all services provided to clients including: search, BigHire, interim recruiting support, outsourcing and training/consulting
•Conduct periodic status meetings with the client to include the Director of Client Solutions
•Complete administrative tasks on a timely basis

Educational Requirements:
•Bachelors degree or higher level education
