DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Under the direction of the COO, the HR Director will be responsible for the implementation and management of all HR programs and managing all aspects of HR: recruiting and retention, employee relations, compensation/benefits, safety, training and development. BA or Master's degree in HR preferred or related field with 5 plus years general experience in HR required PHR or SPHR preferred.

JOB DEVELOPER
Meet with community employers in the private and non-profit sectors to develop employment and training opportunities for clients transitioning off welfare. Facilitate job clubs, provide career counseling and job readiness services. Excellent communication skills, Sales and Marketing background preferred. B.A & 1-2 years related experience required.

EMPLOYMENT COUNSELOR/TRAINER
Develop and implement job readiness training program for welfare recipients participating in "First-to-Work" program. Formulate teaching curriculum, instructional methods and select testing evaluation procedures. Provide group educational and vocational guidance services when needed. Experience working with non English speakers, BA in human services or related field and 1-2 years work experience required.

JOB COACH- Part-Time
Provides job coaching, work readiness instruction, and support services to clients with barriers to employment working in an outdoor custodial project in Waikiki. Must be able to work outside and able to walk custodial route in Waikiki with client. High School and 1-2 years related experience working in vocational guidance services required.
