Direct Hire Consultant - Farmington Hills

Manpower's Farmington Hills office has an immediate need for a Direct Hire Consultant to service Oakland and Macomb counties may be the career opportunity you are searching for.



This position will be responsible for implementing and utilizing effective recruitment strategies to source, recruit, submit and close candidates for direct hire placements, while building and managing effective client relationships. You must have proven sales experience by impacting the bottom line. The key component to this position is sales. The number one responsibility of the DHC is developing and maintaining a client base and high fill ratio. Primary functions include:



Sourcing


Develop recruitment plan, use sourcing tools, manage intake, develop pipeline, generate referrals and track/analyze.



Customer Service


Build, consult and manage client and candidate relationships.


Deploy best practices and effective solutions.



Sales


Consistently obtain new business through telephone cold calling and in person client visits.


Understand the industry, market, products and pricing structures.



Financial


Prepare monthly tracking and report generation.


Other duties as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor's degree or education/work equivalent.


Minimum of 2 years recruiting and/or sales experience.


Demonstrated ability to succeed.
