Datastream 7I support, which includes business analysis, some development, some Project Management, customer interaction, requirements gathering, testing, customer interfacing, etc.

Will be responsible for applications support, installs, and testing new versions/ patches of software. Assist users with software applications. Troubleshooting and documenting problems with the client. Follow up for resolution. Assist with management of user data in software projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Required:
Experience with Datastream 7i.
Analytical skills for problem resolution.
