Our Information Dynamics team designs, develops, and implements services that enable efficient Information capture, archival and distribution within and between organizations.  Our services include Enterprise Information Strategies and Architectures, Datawarehousing, Business Intelligence, data distribution through Enterprise Portals, and tools / techniques to capture, analyze, and manage the diverse types of content in enterprises.ID Sr. Consultants are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Sr. Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities include, among others, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. Sr. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.
Sr. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities.
 
Specific experience in the following skills is required:
 
6 years experience in Data Warehousing or in the development of EIS/Decision Support Systems
Strong communication and leadership skills required 
Experience with relational database technology such as  Oracle, Teradata, DB2, Informix, or Sybase.
Experience with Datawarehouse design and architecture
Demonstrated competence with OLAP/ROLAP tools including front end applications such as Hyperion Essbase, Business Objects, Cognos PowerPlay, Wholistic/Holos, Informix Metacube, Microstrategy DSS Agent, Oracle/Oracle Express, Pilot Software/DSS and SAS/SAS MDDB
Experience in developing Business Intelligence strategies
Experience with ETL Tools (Informatica, DataStage, Ab Initio)
Large engagement project
management experience around DW solutions
Experience in writing proposals and presenting DW solutions to clients 
4+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience required.
An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
University degree required
