Data Analyst II

(1) Identify the major states, process levers influencing injury trends and recommend plan of action.
(2) Perform control role - Work with the process managers to monitor the process performances, determine opportunity areas, and make positive changes to the processes.

This new data analyst will partner with the existing team of two analysts in advancing the above mentioned agenda items. Typical tasks are - develop hypotheses, develop analysis logic, Write programs to extract data, analyze data, develop recommendations, present to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business, Computer science, Statistics, or a related technical specialty
Prior Programming / Business Analysis experience highly preferred
Experience in developing business/program logic, SQL/DB2 queries
Knowledge of SAS, and Excel would be a plus
