help build its National team.  The ProvenSolutions team is a highly energized, rapidly growing group of tax professionals focusing on adding value to clients facing unique tax circumstances.
 
Deloitte's ProvenSolutions group works with a client's tax department to identify and implement tax strategies that can positively impact your global effective tax rate and shareholder value. We provide ideas and resources across many tax disciplines that can identify new types of deductions, recoup overpayments, discover misclassified expenses and work with your tax team on long range tax planning.  
 
Capital Expenditures (CapEx) is a leading client service group under ProvenSolutions.  CapEx targets large corporations who have historically incurred significant capital expenditures with an objective of identifying substantial recurring tax savings opportunities.  Our team works with companies all over the United States including several on the Fortune 500 list.  Our CapEx teams are led by
ProvenSolutions partners and senior managers with extensive tax, accounting, and legal backgrounds with significant client service experience in CapEx delivery.   
 
Seniors are responsible for
- Using their Accounting, Tax or Legal knowledge to identify opportunities that secure tax incentives for our clients.
- Participate in client meetings with Tax Partners and professionals
- Leading proposal opportunities
- Opportunity to participate in all aspects of engagement strategic planning.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, professional demeanor, motivation, highly disciplined individualsQualified Candidates Will Have:
- Prior experience with a Big 4 Accounting firm.
- Prior Federal tax or experience with fixed assets reviews or depreciation studies.
- Must be able to travel regionally
Preferred Candidates Will Have:
- BS in Accounting
- CPA, MS in Taxation, or JD - Tax/ Accounting focus
- Previous
