Customer Support Representatives at JPMorgan Chase handle the very first interaction with customers attempting to resolve delinquency and directly impact the risk of loss to the bank. These Collectors act as credit counselors by offering solutions based on Card members individual needs. They are responsible for maintaining good customer relations while collecting on delinquent balances from cardmembers. They work in a fast-paced, call center environment and handle outbound and inbound calls by providing card members with payment solutions. Customer Support Representatives educate our customers about the importance of good credit. They gain an understanding of consumer credit laws, bankruptcy, outside vendors/agents, and foreclosure laws. Additionally, they are exposed to other internal departments such as legal, bankruptcy, and settlement, partnering with them to enable debt repayment. Customer Support Representatives are expected to interact with Card members in accordance with the company's quality guidelines.

These positions are located in the Kennesaw, Georgia Chase Card Member Site at 225 Chastain Meadows Court.
Full-Time training begins Monday, October 9, 2006
Class will run for four weeks from 12pm - 9pm, Monday - Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
You will need at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in collections and/or a call center, plus excellent skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, negotiation and follow-up.Knowledge of Windows-based software, such as MS Word, is also required.Ideally, we seek candidates with a thorough understanding of collection policies and practices, auto dialer experience, an upbeat attitude, a professional/articulate phone manner, and a drive for accuracy, speed, and success. High School diploma or GED preferred.
