Customer Service Consultant/Call Center

Infinity Insurance Company(IPCC), a fast growing national provider of personal automobile insurance seeks career oriented Customer Service Representatives for our local office in Las Colinas.The position is inbound call intensive and assists agents and customers with questions regarding their policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Six months job experience w/ heavy customer service interaction
* PC proficiency in Windows environment
* Typing skills of at least 25 wpm/95% accuracy
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* High School diploma/GED, but some college helpful

We offer an excellent benefits package, including medical /dental coverage, 401(k)plan, tuition assistance program, paid vacation, holiday,sick time, and business casual dress. The schedule is 11:30am - 8:00pm M-F, with occasional Saturdays, 7:30-4:00pm.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service/Call Center experience.

Typing of 25 wpm w/ 95% accuracy

High School diploma is required, but some college is strongly preferred.
