This person serves as a subject matter expert on all products and services offered through the Company. Ideal candidate will be trained to consult with the customer using the STEP process of seeking to understand the full need of the SM, teaching appropriate financial fitness concepts, engaging service members in the products and services available to meet their needs, and problem solving with the service member.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates have 2-4 years experience in customer service preferably in a sales and/or banking environment, a strong military affinity, and high school diploma and/or associates degree.
