CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – AUTO
• Assist existing AIG Auto Insurance policy holders.
• Provide quality customer service over the phone in a
professional manner.
• Previous customer service experience required.

SALES CONSULTANTS - AUTO
SALES CONSULTANTS - HOMEOWNERS
• Receive incoming sales calls. No cold calling or
telemarketing involved.
• Provide insurance quotes and information in a
courteous, professional manner.
• Some sales experience and previous phone
experience preferred.
• Base pay, plus incentives based on sales performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as
well as a minimum typing speed of 20wpm, are required
for all positions.
