Customer Marketing Advisor

Purpose:
A leading company in the financial and personal banking industry is currently looking for energetic, full time employees. Candidates will be responsible for assisting existing customers with questions regarding various marketing communications received in the mail. Candidates will then apply these marketing promotions to the customers accounts. Calls are all inbound and there is no cold calling required. Calls will be predominately routine but will require up selling and deviation from scripts. Candidates will be responsible for increasing credit card usage and up selling various other products and services. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a leading financial organization.
