Crystal Reports Developer

Director, Corporate Accounting

Responsibilities:

This key position represents the primary financial analysis function for the Company's corporate accounting group, and will interact with a broad array of individuals from; business units, the tax department, investor relations, the treasury group, business planning, foreign operations and executive management. This individual will supervise two individuals directly, and one indirectly. Key functionality includes:

Oversight of analysis of the Company's balance sheet accounts, assuring proper application of US GAAP and providing summary analysis to executive management
Preparation and analysis of the Company's cash flow statements
Preparation of data for inclusion in company SEC reporting
Oversight of the corporate headquarters payable function
Management of corporate debt and interest reporting
Participation in special projects related to the Company's proposed IPO, future systems implementations and implementation on new accounting standards
Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley section 404 provisions for area of responsibility
Preparation of separate carve-out financial statements for various purposes.
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA
7-10 years related experience, including supervisory experience
Must have strong leadership and communication skills
Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel) Strong Hyperion skills are a huge plus.
Preferably have a mix of public accounting firm experience followed by experience in a large multinational company.
