REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for teaching established training courses to foreign students overseas.- Create SWAT/Special Operations Courses for bespoke courses
- Deployments to be on worldwide missions to teach CRT courses that include, hostage rescue, anti-kidnapping, police special operations, Physical and Dignitary Security and related subjects. Please note that length of deployments vary dependent on country.
- Reports to the CRT Program Director and designated Lead Instructor for pre-deployment preparation including advance work, curriculum development and instruction of foreign students through interpreters and any other tasks related to the successful conduct of the training mission.
- Extensive international travel and work in outside environments under varying climatic conditions. You may be exposed to hostile environments.Background/Experience:
* Bachelors Degree Preferred and/or related formal police and/or military training and experience.
* Minimum two years management/leadership experience in law enforcement SWAT or military special operations unit.* Minimum five years experience as a team member in a law enforcement SWAT or military special operations unit.
* Minimum two years experience in teaching law enforcement SWAT techniques or military special operations tactics and techniques.
* Graduate of any state or federally certified law enforcement-training academy or of a military instructor-training course.* Excellent technical instructional, writing and communications skills.
