Counselor - Corporate Travel

$$$$$$American Express has exciting opportunities for experienced Corporate Travel Counselors to join our Travel Team in Omaha, NE. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for timely and accurate servicing of American Express Business Travel arrangements for corporate clients. You will provide the lowest available fares on air/rail transportation, hotels, and auto rentals, through effective use of computer systems, positive telephone service techniques, and excellent client relations.Job RequirementsEmployment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions. As the ideal candidate, you must possess two (2)years experience as a domestic corporate travel counselor. Experience in booking international fares is a definite advantage. Apollo/Sabre computer reservation systems (CRS)knowledge is a plus. A history of excellent relationship management and communication skills(both written and oral) is crucial to ensure that our clients consistently receive the highest level of customer service.
