REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a Mental Health Professional to work full time in a progressive and innovative environment that serves individuals with mental illness and provides its patients with rehabilitative activities in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include stabilizing and integrating patients back into the general population in a correctional facility. Candidates who have experience and/or the desire to work with individuals with mental illness will be considered. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a behavioral health field or Human Services courses preferred. A masters in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Mental health is required. This position is located at Tutwiler Correctional Facility in Wetumpka, AL(10 minutes north of Montgomery).We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package and an excellent work environment.
