Responsible for providing support to European based customers. Successful candidates will be responsible for the timely and accurate servicing of American Express Business Travel arrangements for corporate clients. Additional duties include navigational & internet support. Perform functions in international changes & exchanges to existing bookings. Sabre knowledge required, additional GDS systems a plus. Must have experience with international fare calculations and European destinations.
Provide excellent customer service skills. Possess superior written and verbal communication skills. Travel Counselor should be a team player, problem solver & work well under pressure.Job RequirementsMinimum requirement of 2 years knowledge on Sabre and Galileo within the last 18 months. Knowledge in areas of destination geography, including expedient, cost effective and preferred travel routes. Must be proficient in fare calculations, exchanges/refunds & understanding fare rules. Excellent customer service skills. International travel experience a must. Superior written and verbal communication skills. A team player, problem solver & the ability to work well under pressure.
