We have a full time opening for a Senior Human Resource Specialist to join our team located in Kingwood, Texas.In this position, you will work with our corporate employees to maintain employee relations, monitor EEO compliance, conduct HR needs analysis, answer benefits questions & provide training for employees & management teams.


7+ yrs HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations.

SPHR or PHR certification and Bachelor's degree preferred.
Microsoft Office skills a must.
