Corporate Recruiter-Results-Driven!

Excellent opportunity for a results-driven Corporate Recruiter in beautiful Santa Barbara County! This fantastic opportunity will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of administrative, finance and technical opportunities for a corporate location as well as several national locations. This position will be responsible for posting positions and maintaining postings on the company web site as well as outside job boards, screening of candidates, interviewing and scheduling of interviews with departmental managers, maintaining a company referral program and providing reports on a monthly/quarterly basis on cost per hire and requisition aging.


Requirements:

This position will require a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3 years experience doing full-cycle recruitment for all levels of administrative, finance and technical placement, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, some experience with ATS's, ability to manage multiple listings, strong interviewing skills and ability to effectively source candidates.
