Corporate Recruiter - Part-Time, Flexible Hours

We have an immediate need for a GREAT Corporate Recruiter to work between 24 - 30 hours per week (flexible schedule, including a blend of day / evening hours) within both our King of Prussia office and their home based office. The qualified candidate will work directly with the Director and Vice President of Talent to assist with staffing both exempt and non-exempt Corporate jobs for AlliedBarton. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned or contract recruiter who is looking to reduce their work hours to better manage life/family commitments.Minimum Qualifications:
3 years + experience in Corporate Recruiting (all types of positions)
College Degree or equivalent experience
Superior computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel, database management, internet technology and applicant tracking systems
Strong previous experience with resume mining and sourcing of both active and passive candidates.
Ability to cold call job seekers and conduct professional phone screens/interviews
Experience with on-boarding new hires and conducting background/drug tests.
Knowledge of FSLA /FCRA laws and OFCCP guidelines.
Desire to work between 24 - 30 hours per week both in our King of Prussia office and from a home based office (with appropriate phone/computer/DSL service connectivity).
Enthusiastic and professional attitude with the ability to "sell" our company to candidates.
Proven ability to work both independently (from home) and under direct supervision
