CORPORATE RECRUITER – full lifecycle with vehicle OEM, go-getter needed!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment activities
·Duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and coordination of activities
·Will act as primary contact between hiring managers and candidates
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
·Must have strong recruiting experience, corporate recruiting experience preferred
·Recruiting experience must include placing individuals in a technical field as well as professional
·Bachelors degree preferred
·Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written
·Must be knowledgeable of legal recruiting and hiring procedures
·Ability to generate interest in the position and company required
·Must be able to build and maintain relationships with candidates through hiring process
·Proficiency with MS Office applications required
